Polito & Harrington Team RETURNS to Build for Habitat for Humanity - September 21, 2024

Polito & Harrington Team Lends a Hand Again at Habitat for Humanity in Norwich, Connecticut

This past week, the team at Polito & Harrington Injury Lawyers came together once again to volunteer at a Habitat for Humanity project in Norwich, Connecticut. This marks the second time this year that our firm has been involved in helping to build this particular home, reinforcing our commitment to giving back to the communities we serve.

At Polito & Harrington, we believe that the strength of a community lies in the hands of those willing to give back. That’s why partnering with Habitat for Humanity of Eastern Connecticut is such a natural fit for our team. Their mission of providing affordable housing to families in need aligns with our own values of helping people during difficult times. By contributing our time and effort, we’re not just building homes—we’re building hope and stability for families in our area.

Our latest project in Norwich saw team members rolling up their sleeves to handle tasks such as framing, painting, and working alongside the future homeowners. It’s an experience that deepens our connection with the community and reminds us of the importance of coming together for a common cause. We’re proud to play a part in this effort, and even more proud to see how much progress has been made on the home since we were last on-site.

For us, these volunteer opportunities go beyond the legal work we do every day. They allow us to be part of something bigger—a collective movement to help families achieve their dreams of homeownership. Each time we step onto a Habitat for Humanity site, we’re reminded of the resilience, generosity, and strength within our communities.

We encourage everyone to learn more about Habitat for Humanity of Eastern Connecticut and the incredible work they do. If you’re looking for a way to give back, volunteering or donating is a meaningful way to make a lasting impact on families right here in our region.

We’re honored to contribute to this important work, and we look forward to seeing this Norwich home completed soon!
